Porsche’s new models — the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, and the Panamera 4S-complete the product line-up for the new Panamera range.
This completely revamped product line now features its most powerful variant: the new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, combining a 420 kW, four-liter Biturbo V8 with a 100 kW electric motor. Both the Turbo S E-Hybrid and the new Panamera 4 E-Hybrid have had an increased all-electric range, with the Turbo going up to 30% thanks to the new 17.9 kWh battery along with its optimized driving modes. For the 4 E-Hybrid, the electric motor is complemented by a 243 kW 2.9-liter Biturbo V6. This results in a system power output of 240 kW. Rounding off the Panamera portfolio is the 4S, which delivers 324 kW while also benefitting from the optimized features of the latest model enhancements. These upgrades include chassis, design, equipment, and infotainment.
For the first time, Porsche is now offering three Panamera plug-in hybrid models. Each model is available in three body variants: Sports saloon, Executive (long-wheelbase version), and Sport Turismo. Including the new Panamera 4S E-Hybrid boasting a system power output of 412 kW, Porsche is extending its E-Performance strategy.
Integrated into the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK) is the electric motor, capable of producing a power output of 100 kW (136 PS) and maximum torque of up to 400 Nm. The new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid can complete the spring from zero to 100 km/h in an impressive 3.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 315 km/h. Together with its standard Sport Chrono Package and four-litre V8 Biturbo engine that can now effortlessly deliver 420 kW, the 4S E-Hybrid makes for outstanding driving performance.
Reaching all-new levels of sportiness and comfort in the Panamera models, a new generation of tires and steering control systems ensures enhanced precision and overall lateral dynamics. Coming as standard is the flagship Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, available with chassis and control systems, such as the Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control Sport (PDCC Sport) electric roll stabilization system.
