Ready to experience more power? Engines of the Macan, Macan S, and Macan GTS have been tweaked to deliver unmatched performance. Powered by a newly developed turbocharged four-cylinder with 195 kW, the entry model can complete 0 to 100 km/h sprint in a matter of 6.2 seconds, and boasts of a top speed of 232 km/h.
The Macan S features 20 kW more power than before. With a 2.9-liter V6 biturbo engine, the vehicle can propel from a standstill to 100 km/h in only 4.6 seconds, and has a top speed of up to 259 km/h.
On the flagship Macan GTS, a 2.9-liter V6 biturbo is now equipped to produce 324kW, showcasing an increase of 44kW than its predecessor. Power and responsiveness allow GTS cars to complete a 4.3 second dash from 0 to 100km/h, and a 272km/h top speed.
All engines are paired to the Porsche Traction Management (PTM) all-wheel drive system, and the seven-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission (PDK).
Macan’s handling has also been sharpened with a few chassis tweaks, and retuned Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) active damping system. This comes standard in the S and GTS models, and as an option for the Macan. A now-standard sport air suspension further sets the Macan GTS further apart from the other derivatives. This allows the body to lower by 10 millimeters, thereby increasing dynamic benefits.
Befitting its status, the GTS sports also received grand features such as Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), 21-inch GT design wheels with performance tires, air suspension, and a Sport Chrono package.
