Introducing the new Porsche Roof Tent Experience, a meticulously curated three-day road trip that is debuting in the breathtaking Black Forest and Rhine-Hesse regions of southwest Germany. One of the highlights of ending each day is camping out each night—on top of a Porsche.
Your journey will begin at the Porsche Museum located in Stuttgart, where Porsche will set you up with your very own Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo to drive, and a rooftop tent for 2, including beddings and camping equipment. Porsche will be providing food, as well. If you’re flying from outside Germany, you only need to bring personal items, and a keen sense of excitement.
A convoy of cars will depart for your destination of choice. Driving through some of Germany’s most beautiful and dramatic scenery with the latest Porsche sports cars kickstarts the trip extraordinarily.
The Rhine-Hesse tour features a delightful exploration of the German Wine Route, along with exclusive wine tastings with lovely vineyard views, wine hike with picnic, and gourmet dinner at Sekthaus Raumland. You’ll also be staying overnight at wineries!
Stunning perspectives of the great outdoors, coupled with exciting activities such as ziplining at the Hirschgrund Zipline Area, sunrise hiking on the Feldberg, the region’s highest mountain, e-biking through the forest, and paddle boarding on nearby Lake Titisee await those who will select the Black Forest tour.

Siebold shared that it was his first time behind the wheel, and “it was fantastic to feel the power and performance, but also to just enjoy the process of making that journey in a Porsche.” Moreover, he shared that the landscape he drove through was truly epic, “It’s all really special.”
Costing around $2,636 per camper, the new Roof Tent Experience is undeniably for those who have a penchant for adventure, and a passion and curiosity for Porsche.
