A Lighter Car for a More Thrilling Ride
Porsche modified the 911 Carrera T to have thinner glass, a smaller battery, and a standard seven-speed manual transmission. The coupe also has no back seats and less sound insulation to further reduce mass. The result—a sports car that’s 100 pounds lighter than the regular Carrera.
Offered with the PASM sports suspension with 10-mm-lowering, plus the Sport Chrono package as standard features, you will surely have an exhilarating ride as it practically hugs the road when speeding through winding mountain and country roads.
The 911 Carrera T boasts the same twin-turbo 3.0-liter flat-six that's mounted in the rear of the regular Carrera. Giving out 379 horsepower and 331 pound-feet of torque, the sports car impressively accelerates from zero to 100 km per hour in only 4.5 seconds, and displays a staggering top speed of 291 km per hour.
Sleek and Sporty Inside and Out
A sleek sports car silhouette is evident in every inch of the 911 Carrera. It stands on a set of high-gloss titanium grey alloy 20/21-inch wheels it inherited from the Carrera S.
Larger rear wheels increase stability and comfort. The iconic fly line and continuous light strip at the back give the 911 Carrera T the Porsche DNA in its purest form.
Inside, its cabin is trimmed with a mix of dark grey, matte black, and glossy black accents. The standard four-way Sports Seats Plus can be upgraded to Adaptive Sports Seats Plus (18-way, electric). In front of the driver lies the GT sports steering wheel with multifunction that exudes the motorsport spirit of the Carrera lineage.
If you prefer a more elevated look, the optional Carrera T interior package includes additional safety belts, decorative stitching like the 911 logo embossed in the headrests and seat center stripes, and floor mats – all in either Slate Grey or Lizard Green. Another optional feature is the extended leather interior offering with the armrests on the door panels, center console, and upper dashboard all in sleek leather.
Available standard solid colors are Black, White, Guardsred and Racing Yellow while metallic finishes come in Deep Black, Gentian Blue, Ice Grey, and GTsilver. Other available special colors are Chalk, Ruby Star Neo, Carmine Red, Shark Blue, and Python Green.
