Porsche started its roots with exclusively manual transmissions in its sportscars. Today, Porsche has fine-tuned and perfected its dual-clutch transmission (PDK) automatic vehicles. Porsche’s perfection has delivered more efficiency and faster acceleration in these models. 

On September 4^th, Porsche held a world premiere simultaneously on three continents showcasing their new 2020 Taycan — the first fully-electric sports car offered from the brand. Each location of the premiere represented one of three ways of sustainable energy management: Niagara Falls for hydropower, a solar farm near Berlin for solar power, and a wind farm located near the Chinese city of Fuzhou for wind power.     

Secret agent, Rex Dasher, zooms around in the Porsche Mission E sports car in the film Playmobil: The Movie. Concept car, Mission E, is the prototype of the all-electric Porsche Taycan. The Taycan is the first all-electric Porsche and is expected to launch in September. Until then, Rex Dasher is enjoying zipping around his Mission E in Playmobil: The Movie. The film premiered in Germany on August 4th and will spread to other German theatres on August 29th. 

Porsche 935 has always been a performance vehicle designed to race. Just recently, Porsche has announced the second generation. This generation will only have production of 77 units; all of which are one of the seven limited editions crafted for production. In previous years it has become standard that Porsche’s iconic race car designs are ones that will never be forgotten. This is certainly held true with the Porsche 935.
